Fatback Bikes has released a complete update of their popular Corvus fat bike. Built on the company’s adventure racing roots across Alaska in the brutal Iditarod Trail Invitational, Fatback has made major improvements to the Corvus frameset, with a compete ground up redesign, including increased tire clearance, cage mounts on the fork, refined geometry, increased stiffness, and new suspension correction. The new bike comes in four build kits, ranging from Shimano SLX to SRAM XO1. Wheel and Lauf fork upgrades are also available.
In addition to those improvements, Fatback has also added its first XS (14”) carbon fat bike as well as a 22” for the larger riders. The new bike joins the Skookum FLT and Rhino FLT frames released earlier this year. “This is the finest riding, most stable and sure footed fat bike we have ever produced,” said Fatback Bikes owner Greg Maytas. Fatback also continues its dedication to brick and mortar dealers, which now account for more than 95% of their sales.
